Rachel Elnaugh is one of Britain’s highest profile female entrepreneurs.
After starting her working life as an office junior, Rachel founded her first business Red Letter Days in 1989 at the age of just 24, and grew it into a market leading company with an £18 million turnover.
Her appearance on BBC’s cult business show Dragons’ Den shot her into the public eye in early 2005, the only woman on the panel of five Dragons.
Rachel has now been appointed as Chief Executive of the UK’s leading art retailer easyart.com and is involved in a range of other business ventures.

In 1991, after watching a programme about the spread of AIDS in Africa, Trevor set about developing the wind up radio. His first working prototype ran for 14 minutes and in 1994 was featured on BBC's Tomorrow's World. BayGen Power Industries was set up in Cape Town employing disabled workers to manufacture the wind up radio. In 1996 the invention won the BBC Design Award for Best Product and Best Design.
For many years Inventors have approached Trevor for help and advice. He has now set up Trevor Baylis Brands to provide commercial services to support inventors and entrepreneurs.
